Banc Sabadell Foundation is the expression of Banco Sabadell's commitment to the progress and welfare of people. Its objective is to promote dissemination, training and research activities in the educational, scientific and cultural fields, as well as to encourage and support young talent. Throughout these years, the Foundation has contributed to promoting activities in these fields and has also consolidated its position as organizer of the prestigious Banco Sabadell Foundation Award for Biomedical Research, the Banco Sabadell Foundation Award for Science and Engineering, the Banco Sabadell Foundation Award for Economic Research and the Banco Sabadell Foundation Award for Marine Sustainability.


Banc Sabadell Foundation has been a Main Contributor of Foto Colectania since 2016, the year in which we began a new stage coinciding with the move to our new headquarters at Paseo Picasso 14. As a Main Contributor, the Banc Sabadell Foundation supports our annual program of exhibitions and their parallel activities, as well as our programs Correspondences and DONE, with the aim of highlighting the presence of photography as an essential medium in contemporary society.

PARTNER FOR PUBLIC ACTIVITIES


Created in 2001, the DAMM Foundation aims to diffuse, develop, protect and promote sports activities, especially soccer, as well as cultural and social events and general activities based on the principles of common good and integral development of the person.


Year after year, the DAMM Foundation has been involved with the most disadvantaged social fabric as well as cultural and sports organizations that have required its support, offering funding by its multiple resources to initiatives that contribute to strengthen the Foudnation's commitment to all social strata.


Since 2016, the DAMM Foundation has been our Public Activities Partner, with a special emphasis on "El Proyector de las Escuelas Amigas", an annual cycle of photo projections in collaboration with our School Partners, which seeks to give value to the best talents of photography students in Barcelona.

Since its founding in 1934 as a manufacturer of photographic film, Fujifilm has been expanding to become a leading innovator in a variety of sectors.


To celebrate the 80th anniversary of its founding, Fujifilm established a new corporate slogan, "The Value of Innovation," in 2014. In addition to expressing Fujifilm's commitment to constantly creating innovative technologies, products and services that foster the potential and expand the future horizon of businesses and people's way of life, the corporate slogan also encapsulates the company's desire to combine, both internally and externally, our own original technology with the world's existing human resources, competencies and technology to create innovation.


Since 2022, Fujifilm is our Public Activities Partner, focusing especially on our link with the Escuelas Amigas de Foto Colectania and the event we organize annually "El Proyector de las Escuelas Amigas": an annual cycle of photo projections, with which we seek to give value and diffusion to the best projects conceptualized and developed by photography students in Barcelona.

Bodegas Roda S.A. was founded in 1987 with the aim to become a reference for quality within the country's best wines. It currently includes 120 hectares of vineyard, 70 in its own property and the rest by agreement with other vine-growers. We elaborate 300.000 bottles under our trademarks RODA I, RODA and CIRSION, which are distributed in 54 countries.

The relationship between Bodegas RODA and Foto Colectania dates back to 2007, when we started with the exhibition project "Maridajes" (Pairing), a series of exhibitions that the Foto Colectania Foundation organizes from its photography collection in the exhibition hall of Bodegas RODA (La Rioja) twice a year.


This series of exhibitions seeks to establish points of contact between the works of the photographers in the Foto Colectania collection, creating a game of resonances that refers to the enriching combination of two elements, such as that obtained by pairing a dish with a glass of wine.

The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse is a non-profit institution located in a 50,000 square foot retro-fitted warehouse in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami, featuring temporary exhibitions from the collection of renowned collector Martin Z. Margulies, as well as educational programs, special exhibitions and an international loan program.


The Warehouse is operated and funded by the Martin Z. Margulies Foundation, a thirty-year resource for the study and enjoyment of the visual arts. Based on the idea that education can help break the chain of poverty, the foundation's mission is to foment art education among the most disadvantaged publics.


Foto Colectania's collaboration with the institution began in 2012, with the organization of the exhibition The Dwelling Life of Man. Martin Z. Margulies Collection, curated by Régis Durand, which presented this collection for the first time in Europe.


In 2020, The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse renewed its bond with our foundation with a donation that helped us continue to operate during the pandemic.
